Job Summary

As the HR Manager cum HR Executive, you’ll be responsible for both strategic and operational HR activities, ensuring that our policies, processes, and employee experiences align with the company's goals. This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

    • Source, screen, and onboard top talent aligned with our company values and culture.
    • Coordinate and execute onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  2. Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
    • Address employee concerns, provide conflict resolution, and support team engagement.
  3. Policy Development & Compliance

    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that are aligned with both legal requirements and the startup’s unique needs.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  4. Payroll & HRMS Management

    • Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits management.
    • Maintain smooth operations of the HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
  5. Performance Management

    • Support the implementation of performance appraisals and development programs.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify growth opportunities and training needs for employees.
  6. HR Administration

    • Maintain employee records and oversee HR documentation.
    • Manage daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an HR role, with hands-on experience in HRMS, payroll management, and HR processes.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency: Must be proficient in HRMS software and payroll management.
